Parallettes can be used for body-weight strength training as the user is elevated off the ground, which allows for a deeper range of motion during many common movements such as dips or pushups. These parallettes have knurling for extra grip and a heavy base for stability to ensure safety when used. That being said, they are still mobile and can be used as part of any workout routine.
On each parallette, there are 2 areas with knurling while the centre does not have any knurling. This allows you to choose your preferred grip.
