Welcome to the Gun Show when you use the MF Axle Bar. Axle bar training trains your grip strength and endurance. Axle lifts are stable when it comes to strongman events. It can be used for deadlifts, cleans, overhead presses, squats and many more movements. The first thing you will notice is that the Axle Bar will tax your grip!
The MF Axle Bar is a full length of 210cm and sleeves measuring at 39cm long. The distance of the bar between sleeves is 134cm. Constructed of steel with a black powdered coat, the shaft diameter is a massive 48mm, 20mm fatter than a standard Olympic bar.
The sleeves are suitable to be loaded with Olympic Plates.
