What are your payment options?

Payment is made online through the payment gateway, IPAY88. They offer online bank transfers and Credit/Debit card payment. Payment through direct bank transfer to our company account is also accepted.

What are your shipping options? Is self-collection available?

We ship to the whole of Malaysia, using Pos Laju as our courier. Self collection and walk-in purchase are available at our showroom. Only CASH terms are accepted for walk-in purchases.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once the payment has cleared into our account, you will receive your items within 3-7 business days. If you have not received your item, please wait for the full 7 business days before calling to enquire about your shipment.

How do I track my order?

Once the item has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please use this tracking number and check it on Pos Laju website (http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/) to find out the status of your delivery.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All sales are considered final, there won’t be any monetary refund. In the event the goods received are defective after delivery, we will provide a replacement or repair the product. The defective item needs to be reported within 5 days after you have received the item. Reports after 5 days will not be dealt with.

Can I have a discount?

Unless you are buying in bulk, our prices are already the most competitive in this industry. We would rather be selling at the cheapest possible yet sustainable price and focus on expanding our product range, than to price it higher than market price and give individual discounts. As the consumer, you get the peace of mind that you are getting the best value for your buck, and do not need to needlessly request for discounts. We find this transparent business model ideal for both customers and the business.

Bulk Purchase

If you are planning to buy in bulk or placing a large order, you may qualify for a bulk discount. Please contact +6 017 761 1650 for bulk purchases.

Warranty

Commercial equipment such as Hoist Fitness, Spirit Fitness & Star Trac comes with its own set of warranties depending on the different range of equipment.

The strength & conditioning equipment from MovementFirst and Javy has no warranty unless there is a factory defect on the product which we will gladly do a 1 on 1 exchange.
